# Prohibited businesses

> Business types Brale does not onboard for custodial or transactional accounts.

Brale does not onboard the following businesses:

* Illegal gambling
* Pseudo-pharmaceuticals
* Debt-related services
* Weapons vendors/manufacturers
* Hate groups or any material that promotes violence or hatred
* Counterfeit goods / IP infringement (hacker groups or theft)
* Illegal/controlled substances vendors
* Drug paraphernalia
* Missions, embassies and consulates
* Multilevel marketing / predatory lending / predatory investment schemes
* Any licensed activity where the provider is operating without a license, or illegal sale of cryptocurrency to consumers
* Offshore banks and companies with no physical address and no purpose (shell corporations)

These prohibitions apply to both custodial and transactional accounts.

  A business that is not on this list is not guaranteed approval. All account creation remains subject to verification, program approval, and applicable compliance requirements.
